摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance the rigidity of a magnetic shield as well as to reduce the vibration of the magnetic shield generated by electromagnetic force by a method wherein a member, having rigidity in the direction intersecting with the laminating direction of the magnetic shield, is arranged on the reverse side of the coil of the magnetic shield, and said member is fixed by welding to the magnetic shield. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic shield 2 is formed by laminating the magnetic material such as a silicon steel plate and the like, for example, and a magnetic shield member 5 opposing to a coil 1 and the corner part of the magnetic shield member 6 which is in parallel to the coil axis are superposed, bonded and formed into a frame shape. A member 7, having rigidity in the direction intersecting with the direction of lamination, is fixed by welding in the center of the magnetic shield 5 opposing to the coil 1. In the magnetic shield constituted as above, the rigidity of the region located in the vicinity of the member 5 of the magnetic shield 2 which has a large deformation amplitude is enhanced, and the amplitude generated by electromagnetic force can be reduced. Also, when the magnetic shield 5 is going to be fastened tight using an edge frame, a reinforcement member 7 is extended to the edge frame, and the reinforcement member 7 is fixed together with the magnetic shield, thereby enabling to further enhance the rigidity of the magnetic shield 2.</p>
