PURPOSE: A heat exchanger with plate heat exchange fins and a zigzag bent tube and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve heat exchange efficiency by forming micro channels inside a pipe and attaching a panel on the exterior of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a zigzag bent tube(20), tube supporting plates(40), and a plurality of plate heat exchange fins(30). The zigzag bent tube has a circulating structure with a zigzag shape in a heat exchange section. The tube supporting plate locates in both sides of the circulating structure of the zigzag bent tube and supports the both sides of the bent tube. The plate heat exchange fins locates between the tube supporting plates and contact with the bent tube. The plate heat exchange fins contacts in multiple points of the bent tube and exchanges heat between refrigerant, passing through the bent tube, and outdoor air. |
