PURPOSE: A retractor of rocker having an alarm function is provided to prevent accidents and to reduce an error rate on installation. CONSTITUTION: A retractor of rocker having an alarm function comprises a key bundle(110), a pressing part(120), a connection terminal(130), an alarm generation unit(140) and a battery(150). A key groove(111) is formed in the side facing outside of the key bundle. The key bundle includes the tongue revolving with the rotation of the key on the side facing the inner side of the key bundle. The pressing part is formed to be projected in the side facing the inner side of the key bundle. The connection terminal is installed in the inner side of a door or the inner side of the door adjacent portion. The connection terminal provides the power source to the alarm generation unit in order to generate the warning tone.
