<p>The invention relates to a mixture of two active principles for removing atheromatous plaque, i.e. procaine of formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable alkoxysilane or aryloxysilane and more particularly monomethyltrisilanol salicylate of formula (II), where the hydrogen bonds linking the OH functions of the silanols to the phenol functions of salicylic acid are sufficiently strong for preventing, even at high temperatures, the polycondensation and hence the non-solubilization of the monomethyltrisilanol salicylate (the active principle of a drug sold under the trademark « CONJONCTYL »). The proportions of the two active principles of the composition, which can be delivered intramuscularly, range from 30 to 60 ml of monomethylytisilanol salicylate for 3 to 10 ml of procaine. The frequency of the injections is defined by treatments of 20 to 40 sessions.</p> |
