FEED AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD USING ARTIFICIAL INCUBATION

PURPOSE: Fodder using hatching by-products and a producing method thereof are provided to obtain the fodder in an environmentally friendly way, and to reduce the manufacturing cost for the fodder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fodder using hatching by-products comprises the following steps: mixing the hatching by-products with other raw materials, and storing the mixture in a hatching by-product storage tank; transferring the mixture from the hatching by-product storage tank to a steam heating device using a transferring device; adding an antioxidant and a fungal agent into the mixture for promoting the oxidation; supplying steam heat to the mixture using a steam supply device; uniformly stir the mixture inside the steam heating device for softening; discharging steam and gas generated from the mixture during a steaming process; cooling and drying the mixture using a drying cooler; and crushing the mixture, and automatically packaging the obtained fodder.
