<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting module capable of lighting with a lighting device with a relatively simple structure and yet capable of suppressing variations in optical output, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: An output detection terminal 11 is connected to each power supply terminal 7, 8 through respective resistance elements R1, R2. The resistance value of each of resistance elements R1, R2 is established so that the optical output may be caused to the output detection terminal 11 that has a predetermined relation to the output of the light-emitting element 1 at the time of power supply to the power supply terminals 7, 8. The resistance terminal R1 is composed of a thin-film resistor formed on the same substrate 2 as the power supply terminals 7, 8 and the output detection terminal 11, and has a fixed region R1a in which the resistance value is determined constantly, and a trimming region R1b in which the resistance value can be adjusted.
