PURPOSE: A portable oxygen inhaler for preventing suffocation is provided to prevent the inhalation of carbon dioxide exhausted from a user and to make rapid use thereof possible. CONSTITUTION: A portable oxygen inhaler for preventing suffocation comprises an oxygen filled body(10) and a cover(20). The oxygen filled body is filled with oxygen with pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure, is formed of an oxygen filling space, a nose insertion space, and a mouth placing space, and is equipped with a face adhesion unit. The oxygen filled into the mouth placing space is supplied to the nose insertion space. The cover is combined with the oxygen filled body and protects the face adhesion unit and nose insertion space.
