SYSTEM, METHOD AND COMPUTER READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM FOR CHARGING TO ON-LINE ADVERTISEMENT

PURPOSE: A system, method, and a computer readable recording medium for charging to on-line advertisement is provided to determine the charge at reasonable amount by applying improved concept of balanced QI(Quality Index) when determining charge for an on-line advertisement. CONSTITUTION: ECC(Expected Click Count) is determined about an advertisement through Internet(S101). Generated click count about the advertisement is obtained. The charging amount about the advertisement is determined based on the expected click number and the counted click number(S105). The expected click number is determined based on the past statistics which is related with the advertisement.
