PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of transfer paper is provided to absorb conductive medium flowed out to printed dots by a rubber roller, and to accurately print the conductive medium on dots by offering a cutter. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of transfer paper comprises: a step of coating a medium on a base material; a step of passing the base material through a pair of gravure rollers(10) in which specific dots are formed; a step of passing the dots filled with a conductive media through a pair of rollers(12) for printing the conductive media; a step of passing other parts except the dots through the pair of rollers for printing a color printed layer. The pair of gravure rollers comprises a gravure roller(12a) and a rubber roller(12b). The rubber roller accurately prints the conductive media by absorbing the printed conductive media except the dots. A cutting means is offered to one roller of the pair of rollers in order to remove color ink or carbon which is printed to be thicker than predetermined thickness.
