PURPOSE: A light guide panel having a light scattering element of pixel-in-pixel structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce an average driving distance of emitted light by scattering incident light. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a light guide panel having a light scattering element of pixel-in-pixel structure is as follows. The sand particles of the first size are sprayed in one side surface of an acryl plate(140). The sand particle of the second size smaller than the first size is sprayed in one side surface of the acryl plate. Multiple second intaglioes(155) of the size smaller than the first intaglio(152) is formed by the fracturing of the plate surface of first intaglioes in an outer surface.
