PURPOSE: A cooking device using microwave is provided to change frequency using a phase shifter of a high-output power oscillator and to electrically change the inner structure of the phase shifter. CONSTITUTION: A cooking device using microwave comprises a cavity and a microwave generation unit. The microwave generation unit outputs microwave to the cavity and comprises an amplifying unit(336), a phase shifter(362), and an inner control unit. The amplifying unit oscillates and amplifies frequency and outputs amplified microwave. The phase shifter has one or more impedance elements and switches and shifts the phase of the microwave outputted from the amplifying unit based on impedance varied by the impedance elements or the switches. The inner control unit controls the operation of the phase shifter.
