PURPOSE: A controller and initialization method thereof are provided to establish a communication parameter in a communication driver processor and a communication operating processor by receiving a communication parameter value from a processor module. CONSTITUTION: A communication operating processor(220) verifies the initialization and soundness of a first flash memory unit and a first sharing memory unit. A communication driver processor(250) verifies the initialization and soundness of a second flash memory unit and a second sharing memory unit. A synchronization progress is executed by transmitting a complet initialization message of the second sharing memory to a communication operating processor and a confirmation message to the communication processor.
