PURPOSE: A data collecting method using a radio frequency sensor network system, a time scheduling method thereof, and recording medium thereof are provided to perform uniform energy consumption of all sensor nodes and to increase the lifetime of a system. CONSTITUTION: A layer group generating device(20) generates a unit layer group including an upper layer for receiving data and a lower layer for transmitting collected data. A layer gruop changing device(30) changes an upper layer of a first layer group and an upper layer of a second layer group into a lower layer of the first layer group and a lower layer of the second layer group.
