PURPOSE: A head lamp aiming structure is provided to minimize vibration resistance by installing either a pivot or a retainer and supporting the load of a base plate. CONSTITUTION: Pivots and retainers are respectively included in the side, upper side, and lower side of a base plate(100) of a head lamp. The pivots and the retainers control the illumination angle of the head lamp. A lower pivot is included in the lower side of the base plate. A lower retainer is combined to the lower pivot. A side pivot is formed in the upper side of a side among rear sides of the base plate. A side retainer is inserted into an insertion groove formed in the upper side of the side among the rear sides of the base plate. An upper retainer is inserted into an insertion groove formed in the upper side of a center among the rear sides of the base plate.
