PURPOSE: An antiglare plate for lighting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent glare by controlling the number of rotation in mixing a liquid resin and forming bubbles. CONSTITUTION: A light refraction tool(21) refracts and diffuses the light emitted from a lighting device. A lens is formed into a pattern in which a resin including a bead is casted. The size of bubbles are 1um ~ 1mm. The resin has one of a single layer, a double or a non-uniform layer therein. The resin has a color since one of a dye and a fluorescent substance is added to the resin.
