The device has a beacon (1) with specific assembly formed of global positioning system (GPS), 3-axes accelerometer, 2-axes gyroscope, magnetic compass and cardio rate meter for acquisition of reference element i.e. information. The information is transmitted through an electronic radio mesh network system (2). A receiving system (3) is connected to a geographic information system computer (5) through a universal serial bus (USB)cable (4) for receiving the information. The computer is connected to a data management server (7) by a secured network (6).
