<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation system equipped with a light source capable of artificially controlling cultivation environments for both growth and observation of plants. <P>SOLUTION: The plant cultivation system (1) for cultivation of plants includes a cultivation cell (3) as a parted space, and a management part (5) for management of cultivation of plants. The cultivation cell (3) includes a cultivation rack (7) that is a movable rack, and a light shielding part. The cultivation rack (7) includes cultivation shelves (9) and a light control part. The cultivation shelf includes a light source to radiate light to plants by adjusting radiation quantity of a light emitting module having a plurality of light emitting diodes, and an observation means to obtain observation data by observing plants under radiation of the light emitting member module to be transmitted to the management part. The light emitting member module includes a first light emitting diode, a second light emitting diode, and a third light emitting diode, which are respectively arranged to be capable of radiating light uniformly.
