<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply circuit capable of suppressing generation of noises by suppressing a start-up speed of a voltage at a junction point between a high-side switch and a low-side switch under a no-load state, and suppressing self turn-on under a high-load state. <P>SOLUTION: The switching power supply circuit of a synchronous rectification type having a high-side switch and a low-side switch includes a removal part that removes electric charges from a control terminal of the low-side switch.
