<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating the nuclear export of material such as doxorubicin from the interior of nucleus to cytoplasm, a semi-intact cell preferably used for the method for evaluating the nuclear export; a method for screening an inhibitor of the nuclear export utilizing the evaluation system, and a kit for implementing the evaluation method and the screening method. <P>SOLUTION: A method of making the semi-intact cell includes: (1) a process (a process 1) of bringing material transportable from the interior of the nucleus to cytoplasm into contact with a cell to accumulate the material in the nucleus of the cell; (2) a process (a process 2) of solubilizing a cell membrane of the cell obtained in the process 1 to remove the cytoplasm; and further, if desired, (3) a process (a process 3) of adding separately prepared cytoplasm component and ATP synthesizing system component to the cell obtained in the process 2, from which cytoplasm is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
