<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool breeze fan using a heat-shield material, which is molded from extremely rigid plastic free from ribs, has the heat-shield material on the front of the cool breeze fan, and has elastic auxiliary handles on a handle and the lower part of the front of the cool breeze fan to move the fan semi-automatically. <P>SOLUTION: A fan body molded from the extremely-thin rigid plastic in a fan shape is provided. Two elastic auxiliary handles in the form of thick plastic are firmly fixed to the lower part of the front of the fan body and the handle by use of double-sided tape.
