<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching die of new structure capable of using most of structuring elements again after using them. <P>SOLUTION: In a punching die 1 in which a plurality of tools 3 with a position adjusting function for a punching blade are fixed to a tool fixation panel 2 and which supports the punching blade with the tools 3, the tools 3 with a position adjusting function are typically mounted to the tool fixation panel 2 by fastening with screws and bolts or the like.
