The electronic device (1) has a buffer (BUF) and a stage (ST2) whose respective inputs are coupled with a node (N1). The node is coupled with a voltage source for supplying reference voltage to the input of the other stage (ST1) with input capacity. A switch (SW1) in one configuration connects an input (ST1IN) of the latter stage with the node and separates the input of the latter stage from an output (BUFOUT) of the buffer. The switch in another configuration connects the input of the latter stage with the output of the buffer and separates the input of the latter stage from the node. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for operating an integrated electronic device (2) a method for manufacturing an integrated electronic device.
