<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer link and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of effectively preventing leaking-out of resin to an external part, by improving sealability between a dust cover and a mold and between the dust cover and a ball seat. <P>SOLUTION: An inner peripheral side radial directional surface 412A of a fixing part 412 of the dust cover 401 is allowed to abut on an outer peripheral side radial directional surface 121B of a flange part 121 of the ball seat 120, and an end part 413 of the fixing part 412 is allowed to abut on an outer peripheral side side-surface 122 of a ball seat 101. An outer peripheral side radial directional surface 412B of the fixing part 412 is pressed toward the flange part 121 by a radial directional surface pressing part 62A of a mold piece 62, and the fixing part 412 of the dust cover 401 is sandwiched by the radial directional surface pressing part 62A of the mold piece 62 and the flange part 121.
