<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device that can perform described processing different from processing when a sufficient medium is left without increasing loads applied to many kinds of members that are needed for the transfer of the medium when a remaining quantity of the medium that is rolled around an axis member becomes small, and to provide a recording device and a transfer method. <P>SOLUTION: A transfer control section performs, in the case (step S11, S15) that a first motor and a second motor are driven so as to transfer a long sheet downstream in a transfer direction, the prescribed processing (step S18, S19, S20) that is different from the processing in the case that the deflection amount of the sheet becomes equal to or kar than a reference amount, in the case (step S12: NO) that the deflection amount of the sheet between a shaft member and a feeding roller in the transfer direction does not become equal to or larger than the reference amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
