<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent displacement of a sleeve fitted to a pressurizing block in a device for pressurizing metal powder for compacting the metal powder of fume or the like into a pellet shape. <P>SOLUTION: The device for pressurizing the metal powder is constituted by including: a sleeve which is fitted to the pressurizing block 2 and in the inside of which a pressurizing chamber 22 is formed; a plunger which is inserted into the pressurizing chamber 22 and pressurizes the metal powder; a shutter guide 41 which is provided to the side face of the pressurizing block 2; and a shutter 40 which opens and closes while being guided by the shutter guide 41 and closes and opens the opening of the pressurizing chamber 22. A recessed part 44 is formed at the tip of the shutter 40 and when the shutter is opened, the recessed part 44 opens the opening of the pressurizing chamber 22 and the projecting parts 45 on both sides of the recessed part are brought into contact with the flange 24 of the sleeve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
