Disclosed are a system for processing a door-to-door parcel acceptance and a method thereof. The post office server includes: a voice input block that receives acceptance application and collecting location information for the postal matter by voice and creates corresponding voice data; a door-to-door parcel information process block that acquires the acceptance application information and the acceptance information implemented by characters, by performing voice recognition to the voice data and provides information for each process of a door-to-door parcel acceptance work in real time by processing the acceptance application information and the acceptance information; and a acceptance management block that displays and stores the information output from the door-to-door parcel information process block. |
