<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition, which enables wrinkles to be less visible by a fast-acting method, and then enhances absorptivity and stability of a medicine effective against wrinkles. <P>SOLUTION: A base agent for inhibiting formation of wrinkles is prepared by compounding a polyalkylene glycol-diisocyanate copolymer, hydrated oil content, a cellulose derivative and a water-soluble polymer. Further, the base material contains dipentaerythrityl tri-polyhydroxystearate as the hydrated oil content, a hydroxyethyl cellulose as the cellulose derivative, and at least one kind selected from polyvinyl alcohol, hyaluronic acid and carboxyvinyl polymer as the water-soluble polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
