Provided is a condition matching system capable of suppressing processing load and network load to identify users matching specified conditions in a state in which various user information is held so as to be distributed. User ID supply means (91) stores user ID transmission status information indicating for which users that user IDs have been transmitted in relation to which condition matching devices. Condition matching coordination means (93) causes user ID selection means (94) to select the user IDs of each user for which the user ID has already been transmitted to each condition matching device (90) that has received conditions from a condition designation means (92). The user ID selection means (94) selects user IDs on the basis of the user ID transmission status information according to a request from the condition matching coordination means (93). Then, the condition matching coordination means (93) uses the user IDs to cause each of the condition matching devices (90) to sequentially narrow down users which match the conditions.
