<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus holder which has a structure that can be charged by vibration in a regular walking state when going out, is mainly used for charging a portable telephone, can be used without the need of changing the conventional portable telephone and can easily perform an urgent charging when a power storage amount is insufficient. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus holder includes: a stretchable tabular winding spring which is energized to tightly wind around a pulley fixed to a rotary shaft of a generator; and a holder storing an electronic apparatus. An electric connector which electrically connects the generator and the electronic apparatus is disposed in the holder.
