<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter comprising substrates bonded together, in which a tilt of a substrate is restrained so that parallelism of optical films respectively provided for the substrates is secured. <P>SOLUTION: An optical filter includes a first substrate 20 having a support part 22, a second substrate 30 supported by the support part 22, a first optical film 40 provided at the first substrate 20, a second optical film 50 provided at the second substrate 30 in a manner opposing the first optical film 40. The first substrate 20 and the second substrate 30 are bonded through junction of a first junction film 105 provided on a whole area of a support face Q1 supporting the second substrate 30 of the support part 22 and a second junction film 107 provided at least on an area (opposing face) Q2a opposing the whole area of the support face Q1, in a supported face Q2 of the second substrate 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
