<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxadiazolinone derivative suitable for a controlling use of pest. <P>SOLUTION: The oxadiazolinone derivative expressed by formula (I) can be used in order to exterminate broad pest kinds, for example, a harmful sucking insect, a chewiness insect and other vegetable parasite insect pests, a storage insect, a sanitation pest or the like.
