<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly respond to requests for resource addition, change or deletion from user terminals when resources of a communication network are shared by a plurality of user terminals. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus includes a provisional access section 102 for receiving request signals, including those to add, change or delete resources, from a system terminal 50. The communication apparatus further includes a resource display control section 104 for, when the request signal is received, extracting predetermined virtual resources from a plurality of virtual resources, which are resources divided beforehand, and displaying them to the system terminal. The resource display control section, for example, extracts and displays to the system terminal virtual resources which are used by the system terminal or virtual resources which are not used by any one of a plurality of system terminals.
