<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, when taking an image, the outline of a target image which can be generated later by image processing. <P>SOLUTION: In an imaging mode, first and second original images are taken by pan-focus through use of first and second imaging units having a parallax. After the first and second original images are recorded, in a reproduction mode, distance information on a subject is generated from the first and second original images, and the first and second original images are subjected to image processing using the distance information to generate a target image focused on a specific subject. In an imaging apparatus like this, before generating and recording the first and second original images according to shutter operation, a simple blurred image obtained by blurring a non-specific subject is generated from the output signal of the first or second imaging unit, and displayed as an image modeling on the target image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
