<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for bone-regeneration with which bone can be effectively regenerated, and a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a first permeation step of soaking a porous calcium phosphate base material in a low viscosity solution and a second permeation step of soaking the calcium phosphate base material in a collagen solution of higher viscosity than the low viscosity solution after the first permeation step.
