<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for example, a fixture which can fix an aligned honeycomb structure and a mask and hardly hinders the alignment of the mask. <P>SOLUTION: The fixture 100 includes a pedestal 10 having a mounting surface 14a on which a honeycomb structure 70 of pillar form is mounted, a holding member 30 which is fixed to the pedestal 10 and holds the side face 70s of the honeycomb structure 70 mounted on the mounting surface 14a, and a sucking member 20 which is fixed to the pedestal 10 and sucks a pedestal side surface in the peripheral part 170p of the mask 170 mounted on the honeycomb structure 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
