The seat (9) has a backrest (11) provided with a recliner (1) and arranged at a seat part (10). The recliner comprises an inner form-fit or force-fit unit, an outer form-fit or force-fit unit (3) and a housing portion. The recliner is arranged at a retaining plate (2), and rotation limiting units i.e. lugs, are provided at the recliner, the backrest and/or the retaining plate for limiting rotation of the backrest relative to the seat part. The limiting units are designed as three-dimensional mold parts, where the housing portion and the backrest are formed in an integral manner.
