<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high-speed driving. <P>SOLUTION: A driving circuit 100 includes a branching unit 110, a delay circuit 130, a duty adjusting circuit 150, and a subtraction circuit 160. The branching unit 110 branches an input signal. The delay circuit 130 gives a delay difference to each of the signals branched by the branching unit 110. The duty adjusting circuit 150 gives a duty offset to each of the signals branched by the branching unit 110.
