CONTROL SYSTEM, CONTROL DEVICE, AND CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a voltage value of a power system that uses an individual VQC method from exceeding at least either the upper limit or the lower limit of an operation constraint range.

SOLUTION: An individual VQC device 401 determines an optimum solution of a target function in a power system 10 by using a voltage value of a 500 kV bus line 101 that is detected. The individual VQC device 401 performs individual voltage invalid power control using the optimum solution. The individual VQC device 401 transmits the optimum solution to a total system VQC device 301 using a communication interface. The target function includes, as an addition term, a term representing a deviation about a voltage value of the power system 10 that corresponds to a solution candidate of the optimum solution, for an intermediate value within the range of operation constraint about the voltage of the power system 10.
