<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine for foaming which molds a uniform foamed molding without making a physical foaming agent, supplied to a metering resin storing part of a heating cylinder, flow backward into the side of a screw body over a check ring. <P>SOLUTION: The check ring 24 with a locking mechanism, which mechanically locks a resin passage on suck back, is installed to a tip part of a screw 14. The screw 14 is driven by rotation, a determined amount of a molten resin is stored in the metering resin storing part 16, thereafter the resin passage is mechanically blocked, and the physical foaming agent is supplied into the metering resin storing part 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
