<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stir liquid in a liquid container without complicating a liquid ejecting apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid ejecting apparatus is provided with a liquid feed pump for feeding the liquid sucked out from the liquid container into an ejection nozzle, and also a circulation pump for discharging the liquid sucked out from the liquid container to the liquid container. Then, a decompression pump, which generates a pressure for operating the liquid feed pump, is used as a drive source of the circulation pump. This arrangement eliminates the need of a driving mechanism for the circulation pump, additionally. Accordingly, while stirring the interior of the liquid container by using the circulation pump, the structure of the liquid ejecting apparatus can be simplified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
