The present invention relates to an integrated repeater and an integrated relay system. According to the present invention, said integrated repeater is the integrated repeater which receives a signal from a main relay device for relaying signals transmitted from high-level devices, comprising: a demultiplexing unit which demultiplexes a multiplexing signal of an Ethernet signal and a mobile communication signal received from the main relay device, and separates the signals into said mobile communication signal and said ethernet signal; a first conversion unit which converts said mobile communication signal separated from the demultiplexing unit into a radio frequency (RF) signal, and transmits the converted signal; a second conversion unit which converts said ethernet signal separated from the demultiplexing unit into a wireless LAN signal, and transmits the converted signal; and a switching unit which delivers a signal received from said main relay device to one of the demultiplexing units or the second conversion units, depending on whether a fault of the mobile communication signal is generated.
