<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter element having such a structure as not to cause restriction of filtering area in the filter element to be used while composing a series circuit by a plurality of elements in a single housing without enlarging a whole device, and to provide a filter device using the element. <P>SOLUTION: Both of respective one edge of a pair of filter elements 12 (prefilter 12a and main filter 12b) are joined to both faces of a partition plate 17 to be fixed, and both of the other edges of the pair of the filter elements 12 are joined to a pair of cap plates 19 having the openings 20 being a fluid path to be fixed. These filter elements 12 are housed in a tubular element housing 13 arranging the peripheral faces of the prefilter 12a and main filter 12b in a space CS being a fluid flow path, in a state of airtightly holding the pair of cap plates 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
