<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bending a railroad rail and a device thereof, which can bend the rail into the shape of circular arc until the longitudinal end of the railroad rail, and at the same time, can be carried by oneself. <P>SOLUTION: A rail locking part 2 is mounted on the longitudinal both ends of a body 1, a railroad rail 12 is inserted into a rail insertion hole 13 of those rail locking parts 2, the railroad rail 12 is bent into the shape of circular arc by pressing the railroad rail 12 with two cylinders 3 mounted in a predetermined position from the longitudinal both ends of the body 1 toward the lateral direction of the longitudinal direction of the railroad rail of the opposite side sandwitching the railroad rail 12 from the lateral direction of the longitudinal direction of the railroad rail in which the body 1 is arranged. In that case, since the two rail locking parts 2 are pulled into inside of the longitudinal direction of the railroad rail, the rail locking parts 2 never drop off from the longitudinal end of the railroad rail 12.
