摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamond that has high safety and can stably emit fluorescence having visible to near-infrared wavelength regions. <P>SOLUTION: The diamond has a color center, a first rare-earth ion, and a second rare-earth ion different from the first rare-earth ion.
