PORTABLE PHONE, SECRET PROCESSING METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily secure excellent communication quality.

SOLUTION: A signal processing unit 120 separates a signal detected and demodulated by a radio unit 110 into control data and user data; a secret processing unit 130 extracts a pubic key from the control data and performs secret processing on the user data by using the public key; a sound processing unit 140 decodes sound coded data which is the user data decrypted by secret processing; a characteristics extraction unit 150 extracts characteristics from the decoded sound coded data and requests a secret control unit 160 to re-synchronize timing of secret processing in the secret processing unit 130 if the extracted characteristics do not match a predetermined condition that is used for determining whether secret processing has succeeded; and the secret control unit 160 re-synchronizes timing of secret processing at the secret processing unit 130 when receiving a request from the characteristic extraction unit 150.
