<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote altruistic behavior and suppress selfish behavior to a common object used by a plurality of users in common. <P>SOLUTION: A behavior information collection unit 11 acquires information detected by a behavior sensing unit 21 and representing users' behavior to a specific common object, and behavior information including information identifying the users performing the behavior, and stores them in a behavior information storage unit 12. A behavior sensing unit 22 detects a second user who is to perform behavior to the common object. A user network storage unit 13 stores mutual information representing mutual relationship among a plurality of users who can use the common object. A presentation content determination unit 14 selects first user's behavior information which is contained in a main constituent of the behavior information to be stored in the behavior information storage unit 12, the first user being in a prescribed relationship with the second user in the mutual information, and transmits it to a terminal device 2B of the second user.
