<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel supporting structure which is economical, easy to construct, and excellent in safety and maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell panel supporting structure includes: a plurality of reinforced concrete foundations/frames which are arranged at predetermined intervals on a construction point: solar cell panels arranged between the foundations/frames; and solar cell fitting parts arranged on the foundations/frames to be mounted with the solar cell panels. The installation of solar cell becomes extremely easier than before because the solar cell panels can be fitted only by using the frames without a supporting material. The solar cell panel supporting structure can be manufactured in advance in a factory because it is compact and lightweight.
