<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an oil by yeast of genus Cystofilobasidium so that biodiesel can be used as alternative energy instead of petroleum. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an oil generating system including a saccharide and a working microorganism reacting with the saccharide to produce the oil.
