CONTROL OPERATION SUPPORT DEVICE AND CONTROL OPERATION INSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thoroughly enforce a continuous surveillance of a surrounding situation while solving a problem with a manually operated control instruction by automatically configuring routing information from a spoken control instruction concerning a route by a controller.

SOLUTION: A control operation support device comprises: a voice input section 52 to input a spoken control instruction concerning a route by a controller; a voice recognition section 54 to convert electric control instruction data output from the voice input section 52 into semantic information; a control instruction analysis section 55 to extract at least routing element information from the semantic information converted by the voice recognition section 54; and a routing information configuration section 57 to configure routing information by piecing together the extracted routing element information in a predetermined order.
