<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a mouth guard and a sheet for the mouth guard which are used for manufacturing a mouth guard which excels in impact absorbency, can be made thinner and lighter than conventional ones and has a good feeling of fitting, as well as the mouth guard which has these characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for the mouth guard contains 50-100 pts.wt. of a 4-methyl-1-pentene propylene copolymer (A) consisting of a constituent unit (i) derived from 4-methyl-1-pentene of 15-75 mol% and a constituent unit (ii) derived from propylene of 25-85 mol% (where, the sum total of the rate of the constituent unit (i) and that of the constituent unit (ii) is 100 mol%), and a thermoplastic resin or rubber (B) of 50-0 pts.wt.
